Mad

So I didn't get my phone chip today adn I am so mad. I have been having so much trouble with this it is getting me really really mad. I should have had this phone 1 week ago and here I am with no phone. And they sent me the wrong one with the wrong sim chip and all this extra stuff was added to the account by the sales guy who works on commision that thanted to pad his stats or something - it's awfuls!
