Make sure if someone has had a lot to drink you already have a designated driver on stand by or better yet have a bus or shuttle to bring the guest back and forth from he reception to the hotel. Better safe than sorry.

You spent $100's of dollors on you beautiful flowers that are starting to wilt even before you have sat down to eat! So think ahead and get flowers that are hardy - sunflowers, daisies, hadlias, and lilies are great for this. Avoid the soft flowers like tulips, gardenias and lilies of the valley. Also, keep them away from the heat.
