House

When is this house so loud - it is because I have a cold and everything is exaggerated or is it that ever TV is on and it is clearing and blasting. Does anyone understand the concept of paying the electric bills - these bills just keep going up and up and no one seems to care but me - turn off things if you are not using them!!
