Wrists

When ever I type lately I find that it is really hurting my wrists - just htis computer though - I think it is the way that my cahir is positione dor the desk or something but I really do need one of those cushion things for my writst over here - I think the are like $5 at walmart - I will have to stop ont he way home because it hurts here!
