Almonds

I think that I am going to have just a handful of nuts every day becuase I knew someone in highschool that just had so many almonds because she really liked them that she had to get her stomached pumped - she was a little strand of a girl I think that almonds have like arsenic it them if you eat too many or something they are toxic - she was weird.
